RESOLVED, that use of the Arena Section of the
Municipal Auditorium, without charge, hereby is granted to
AFL -CIO, for the conduct of the State Meeting of said
organization's on October 21, 22 and 23, 1964; such use
thereof, without admittance charge, being deemed a use for
a public purpose or a use for tYe benefit of all of the
people of the City of Saint Paul, the City's incurred costs
attendant thereon shall be paid from the Auditorium Fund
subject to full reimbursement to be made to said Fund from
the Contingent Fund except that the item of the City's cost
in the nature of labor charges for seating and stage arrange-
ment shall be made the subject of full reimbursement to said
City by said AFL -CIO; and
RESOLVED FURTHER, that such authorized use of
said Arena Section shall be the subject of a Standard Form
of Agreement, between the City and said AFL -CIO, which among
other things, shall provide for public liability insurance
coverage to said City and to said AFL -CIO, as insureds, in
connection with said hereby granted use, to be furnished
by and at the expense of said AFL -CIO.
