In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
improving Etna Street from Old Hudson Road to East Third Street by surfacing the ex-
isting roadway with bituminous material, by installing concrete curb and gutters,
by bringing the existing boulevards to grade, by adjusting all existing manholes and
catch basins and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement
under Preliminary Order 200799 , approved . February 10, 1961
Intermediary Order 20157._3 , approved April 13, 1961
Final Order 201999 , approved May 9. 1961 ,
The assessment of benefits., costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 18th
day of December., 463 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement,' and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
