1 WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Parks and Recreation has received from Michael K. Brown and Julie Schultz Brown
2 a donation of S�00; and
4 WHEREAS, this donation has been given specifically to be used towards the Jimmy Lee/Oxford Pool renovation
5 project; and
WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation is willing and able to implement this donation for its intended purpose upon
amendment of the 2006 Capital improvement budget; and
10 NO W THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the CiTy of Saint Paul, upon the recommendation of the
i l Mayor, and the advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $500 is available for
12 appropriation in the 2006 Capital Improvement Budget, and that said 2006 budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by
13 Council, is hereby futher amended as follows:
