Whereas, Addition which might prove to be necessary in the improve-
ment described as a Sewer in HAWTHORNE AVENUE from Jackson Street to Abell
Street, Comptroller's Contract L -6614, Beatson & Kelly, Inc., contractor,
has been provided for in the Specifications, and
Whereas, It has been found necessary to make the following Addition:
ADDITION
and
For reconstructing an existing 6 inch sewer service connected to
the existing stub and connecting it to the new sewer line at 1237
Jackson Street:
10.5 feet of 6 inch sewer service removed and reconstructed ® 00.87 = $9.14
Whereas, The total net addition is $9.14, now therefore be it
Resolved, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves
the foregoing addition made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum
of $9.14, said amount to be added to the lump stun consideration named in the
contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L -6614, and which amount is to be
financed from assessment against benefited property.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above named
Contractor that the sum of $9.14 is the correct amount to be added to the
above contract.
