V. Wulff Mortuary on the northwest corner of E. Nevada and White Bear Aves. The original recommendation of the traffic engineer was for only two driveways to the alley. A new plan has been submitted since the pre- vious, Council meeting on this matter which provides only two driveways to the alley plus one additional driveway to Nevada Ave. We have no objection to the recently submitted plan. RGP:bjh Approved: v• Eugene V. Avery Chief Eng i nTaL-- A,- Milton Rosen Commissioner of Public Works Yours very truly, ,tR. a, Robert G. Peterson City Traffic Engineer we the undersigned, respectfully request the City Council to reconsider the exits granted to Mr. Owen Wulff for a parking lot on the Northwest corner of White Bear and Nevada Avenues. We do not consider it fair to have traffic from a business establishment funneled into a residential alley. Most of our garages are so located that we must enter or exit directly into the alley. It is also a hazzard to our small children who have used this alley as a walk to and from school. We had no sidewalk on White Bear Avenue for many years. Some of us have four or five small children. We as property owners feel we are entitled to this consideration. G IS L Qctober 31s 1963 Ong Hoard 13th Floor building Gentlemen; The City Council laid over to November 6th at of props owners in the vicinity that the plans of p,, Y.
