1 WHEREAS, the Ciry of Saint Paul, Pazks and Recreation has received from Michael K. Brown and Julie Schultz Brovm
2 a donation of $I,500; and
WH£REAS, this donation has been given specifica➢y to be used towazds Hmong refugee youth programs; and
6 WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation is willing and able to implement this donation for its intended purpose upon
7 amendment of the 2007 budget; and

9 WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there aze
10 available for appropiation, funds of $1,500 in excess of those estimated in the 2007 budget; and
