labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for or reasonably
incidental to the painting of the stairway (Area "A "), the hallway Area "A",
and the office (Area "B ") at the Public•Utilities Building, 100 East Tenth

Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota to CASCI DECORATION in accordance with City plans &
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #6105 of said
Casci Decoration for the contract price of $999.00, such bid being.the lowest
and said Casci Decoration being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the

Corporation Counsel be and hereby is'directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
