and 26, Block 199, Irvinets Addition to West St. Paul, according
to the recorded plat thereof in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known as 245 W. Congress
Street, and wreck and remove the two story frame two- family dwell-
ing and garage thereon, and to do any and all things therein

which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the

of Charlton St. Vacated adjoining, d Lots 25 and 26, Block
199, Irvine's Addition to West Sai ff Paul,-also known as
245 W. Congress Street, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structures have not been
- removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the structuresthereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and ad-
joining property.
