Under date of October 21, 1963 a printed copy of Council
File No. 215097 was mailed to
Ivy Edmondson, 425 W. Central Ave., Saint Paul 3
and CC: to Wm. Fallon, Atty., 620 Commerce Bldg. 1
which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of a
single family dwelling on the South 120 feet of Lot 19,
and the South 120 feet of Egst 1/2 of Lot 18, all in Block
7, Mackubin and Marshall's Addition, also known as No. 425
West Central Avenue, as published in the official paper:
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation
,And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the structure thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and ad-
joining property.
