Dalglish, Land Comsr., 113 City Hall, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the dwelling and garage on East 1/2 Lot 9, Block 1, Ashton And Sher - burne's Addition to Saint Paul, also known as No. 196 East Minnehaha Avenue, Saint Paul, as published in the "official paper. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the structures have not been remov- ed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the structures thereon, and to do any and all things therein neces- sary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
