The basis for the xecommendation is as follows: On November 1, 2006, you were sent a letter from the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection (LIEP) stating that your bond had been cancelled effective October 30, 2006. In order remove the hold on your license they rec�uired that you to submit a License, �ermit and Performance bond in the amount of $2,500.00 for the period of October 30, 2006 through March 20, 2007 with no lapse in coverage. If this is your choice, please send it to the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection, at 8 Fourth Street East, Suite 200, St: Paul, Miunesota 55101-1002 no later than Monday, February 5, 2007. Information should be directed to the attention of Christine Rozek. Submission of the requested bond infozmation will be considered to be a waiver of the hea,;ng to which you are entifled. 2. If you wish to have a public hearing before the Saint Paul City Council, you will need to send me a letter with a statement admitting the facts and requesting a public hearing. We will need to xeceive your letter by Monday, February 5, 2007. Tbe matter will then be scheduled before the City Council for a public hearing to determiue whether to suspend your license. You will have an opporhxnity to appeaz before the Council and make a statement on your own behalf. If you no longer wish to do business in the City of Saint Paul, you will need to send a written statement to that effect to the Office of License, Inspections and Environxnental Protection, 8,Fourth Street East, Suite 200, St. Paul, Mnmesota 55101-1002 no later than Monday, February 5, 2007.
