TO THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Housing
and Redevelopment Act, Chapter 487, Laws of Minnesota
of 1947, Article 2, Subdivision 65 and Chapter 514,
Laws of Minnesota of 1963, and by virtue of my office
as Mayor of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, I hereby
appoint James J. Dalglish, 113 City Hall and Court House,
St. Paul, Minnesota, as Commissioner on the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota, for the period from November 13, 1963, to
November 13, 1968, or as otherwise provided by Law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto signed my name as
Mayor of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, and caused
the official Corporate Seal of the said City to be
impressed hereon this 14th day of November in the year
