WHEREAS, John A. Healy, Jr., 278 West Kellogg Boulevard, has
made application for license as House Sewer Contractor, and
WHEREAS, John A. Healy, Jr., has signed an affidavit that he
has been a Licensed Master'Plumber of the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey
County, for the last three years, and has appeared before the Board
of Examiners, and

II WHEREAS, John A. Healy, Jr., has filed a bond in accordance
•' w+th'Ordinance No. 7661; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a license as House Sewer Contractor be hereby
granted the said John A. Healy, Jr., subject to the provisions of
said ordinance, and the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby
instructed to issue said license upon payment into the City Treasury
ofithe required fee.
