WHEREAS, Registered Bill No. 3 -4039 has been issued
to Hillman Tronnes in the amount of $216.00 and a dispute exists
as to the amount of damage caused the City, and both the City
and the parties involved are desirous of resolving their
differences; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are authorized
to accept the sum of $175.00 in full compromise settlement of the
bill and to cancel the balance of $41.00, and to execute a release
m approved by the Corporation Counsel.
