hereby are authorized and directed to execute that Agreement
dated October 23, 1963, by and between the City, the Board
of Water Commissioners and Safe -T- Flare, Inc., a corporation,
providing for a hold harmless and indemnity agreement in the
event of a patent infringement occurring through rental by
said City of flashing type electrical warning lights and
barricades.
