RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul
that the modifications of plans on WOODRIDGE DRIVE and
ABUTTING EASEMENT for Improvement No. 1, Project No. 1,
dated May 7, 1963 for the Village of Mendota Heights,
authorized by and subject to the provisions, terms and
conditions of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 12222,
approved June 27, 1962, for the connection of the public
sewer system of the Village of Mendota Heights with that
of City of Saint Paul, prepared by consulting engineers
of said Villageiiand heretofore submitted to and approved
by the Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief Engineer,
hereby are in all things approved.
