F. 1744 now before the Legislature purport to authorize the enactment of local laws without the aforesaid consents, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Council of the City cf Saint Paul opposes enactment of the aforesaid bills in their present form as they would constitute a breach of good faith with the voters of the State and the elected officials of the local communities of the State, and hereby request the Ramsey County Delegation to oppose any legislation which removes the right of local i consent for a single unit of government.
