WIiEREAS, The County Board of the County of Ramsey did adopt a
resolution (County Board Resolution 9 -6509, File No. 1473, April 30,
1963) extending the designation of County State Aid Highway No. 64,
within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul as follows, to wit:

PROSPERITY AVENUE (C.S.A.H. 64) to be extended
from Maryland Avenue south to Johnson Parkway
(length - 0.25 mile)
RESOLVED, That said extension is in all things approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the
Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota for his considera-
tion and also forward one certified copy to the Ramsey County Auditor.
