_ In the matter of constructing the SEWER REVISION, 8th and
Rosabel to 7th and Broadway, vicinity of I. H. 94, the estimated
construction cost to be $16,822.48, the estimated engineering
and inspection costs to be $1,009.35 for total project cost of
$17,831.83, the City to be reimbursed for said total costs by the
State under Utility Relocation Agreement #53630•
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above
named improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of.,- Public Works,
be and the same are hereby approved and be it further.
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby direct-
ed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
