NW corner of University Ave. & Capitol Hgts.; 1 pole on SW
corner of University &•Jackson; 1 pole on SE corner of
University & Jackson; I pole on SW corner of 13th St. &
Jackson, with necessary guys, anchors and wires.
Poles and wires to be removed when requested to do so by
the Common Council and cost -of said removal to be borne by
the Northern States Power Company.
