Marsden, 1711 Lincoln Avenue, Saint.Paul for permission to erect a six foot fence at the rear of his residence, on Lot 23, Block 5, Elmer and Morrison's Rearrangement, of part of Macales- ter Park. Our inspector reports the fence Will be erected immediate- ly adjacent to the alley and would be thirty -five feet in length. It will be a vertical basket -weave redwood fence. He can see no objections to a fence at this location. Therefore, it is our recommendation that the Council grant this permission and the Building Bureau be authorized to issue a permit.
