Hon. Council
City of Saint Paul
Gentlemen:
A request has been received from David E. Marsden, 1711
Lincoln Avenue, Saint.Paul for permission to erect a six
foot fence at the rear of his residence, on Lot 23, Block
5, Elmer and Morrison's Rearrangement, of part of Macales-
ter Park.
Our inspector reports the fence Will be erected immediate-
ly adjacent to the alley and would be thirty -five feet in
length. It will be a vertical basket -weave redwood fence.
He can see no objections to a fence at this location.
Therefore, it is our recommendation that the Council grant
this permission and the Building Bureau be authorized to
issue a permit.
Yours truly,
Alf d H. Schroeder
