Council File 212063, approved April
91 1963, is a final order for the acquisition of cer-
tain parcels for the expansion of the Hammond School site.
Included in the lands to be acquired is the east + of Lot
3, Block 8, Winslow's Addition to St. Paul, which is an
unimproved, tax - forfeited parcel.
I. therefore, recommend that an appli-
cation for a conveyance to the city, under the terms of
Section 282.01, Sub. 1, be made.
