APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
SAINT PAUL RIVERFRONT CORPORATION BOARD

5 WHEREAS, the bylaws of the Saint Paul Riverfront Corporation call for the President of the Saint Paul
6 City Council, or the President's designee, and one additional member of the Saint Paul City Councii to be
7 selected on an annual basis by the City Council to serve on the boatd of directors of the Saint Paul
8 Riverfront Corporation Board;

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council President Kathy Lantry and Council Member
11 Patrick Harris shall be appointed by the Saint Paul City Council to serve a one yeaz term commencing
12 January 3, 2007.
