RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that, pursuant to

the prior Resolution of said Council, C. F. No. 212042, approved April 5,

1963, the following described tract or parcel of land owned by said 'City
in fee simple hereby is forever dedicated to public alley purposes: the
East 20 feet of Lot 10, Block 6, Granport Addition, according to the
plat of same filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in
and for Ramsey County, Minnesota;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that it is hereby contemplated, in accordance;
with the intent and purpose of said prior Resolution, that there shall!be
filed and recorded in said office of said Register of Deeds, coincident
with the filing and recording of this Resolution therein, an effective
deed of conveyance by the fee simple owners of the following described
tract or parcel of land in said Granport Addition, to -wit: that-certain
triangular tract or parcel of land in the Southwest corner of Lot 9,

Block 6, in said Granport Addition, measuring five feet on the South line
and five feet on the West line of said Lot 9, as grantors, unto said
City of Saint Paul, as grantee, for public alley purposes; all of the
- foregoing described property-being situate within the corporate limi
of the City of Saint Paul, in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnes
