Resolved, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of St. Paul,,Gas
Contract with the Northern States Power Company, for the furnishing
of gas under Priority Class BB, Interruptible Service, at a rate of
flow up to but not exceeding 75,400 cubic feet per hour and 390,000
cubic feet per day, at the point of delivery, the City - Asphalt! Plant,
456 Burgess Street, said contract to become effective May 1, 1,963,
and to continue in effect until April 30, 1964. j{
