RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee ,

therefor and hereby awards contract for Widening of Sixth Street from Auditorium

Street to West Seventh Street Municipal State Aid Project No. 64- 198 -06 to PIDERSON
BROTHERS CEMENT CONTRACTORS in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid #9247 of said Pederson Brothers Cement Contractors
for the contract price of $10;122.70 (at unit prices bid) plus $1012.27 Engineering E

and plus $202.45 Inspection by City Forces, such bid being the lowest and said

Pederson Brothers Cement Contractors being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract

therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
