Duties and responsibilities:
Under supervision, to be responsible for the inspection, receipt,
and storage of food, supplies, and equipment in connection with
the Civil Defense program; and to perform related work as
assigned.
Examples of work performed:
To receive, distribute and store supplies.
To inspect supplies to see thai they are in accordance with
specifications and invoices:
To make periodic inspections to determine whether supplies are r
still serviceable and to institute remedial action if necessary.
To submit requests for ordering stock.
To keep inventory records.
To make periodic inspection of the condition of present storage
areas in fallout shelters.
To supervise assistants when assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
High school graduation. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must
own a car and possess a valid driver's license.
