RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves:
"A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO RAMSEY COUNTY;
PROVIDING FOR JOINT GOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION
RELATING TO STORM WATER DRAINAGE MATTERS."
and recommends the same to the Ramsey County Senate and House
delegations in the form as delivered to said delegations on
or about April 23, 1963, which contained amendments to a bill
as originally submitted on the same subject matter; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
approves the bill in this form without further amendment of any
of the sections, including Section 11 of -the aforesaid bill,,,and
requests that all of the sections contained therein be included
in the bill as finally adopted.
