212513ORIGINAL TO CITY CLERK PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONI CITY OF ST. PAUL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK UNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM 212513 FILE NO. NO. _ RESOLVED, That Section 26+.01, Subdivision 2, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code requiring consents of abutting land owners and lessees in the downtown area of this City, said consents relating to the placement of living trees on public sidewalks, may be and hereby is waived, upon the application of the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce to place in excess of one hundred living trees upon said sidewalks, it being patently impractical to secure individual consents, provided, that any owner of property or lessee thereof objecting to said tree placement may require the removal of said tree from in the front of or the area adjacent to the property affected; and RESOLVED FURTHER, That nothing in this resolution contained shall be regarded as waiving or otherwise affecting any other pertinent portion of Chapter 264 of said Legislative Code.
