paving, lighting and drainage. Length 3.4 miles on T.H. 94 between
Snelling Ave. and Farrington St.; on T.H. 35E (Frontage Road) between
Farrington St. and Wabasha St.; on T.H. 56 on Rice Street between Rondo
Ave. and Fuller Ave.; and on T.H. 56 between 0.2 mile North of C.G.W.

limits of the City of St. Paul from Snelling Ave. to Farrington Ave.; 0.2 Mi. N.
C.G.W. Ry. Br. 62026 to Plato Blvd.; Wabasha St. to Farrington Ave. and Rondo Ave.
to Fuller Ave.; and
WHEREAS, Said plans= .are -on -file -in the - office of the Department of Highways,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6282 -63
(94 =392); 6244 -05 (56 =112); 6231 -13 (56 =lo4) & 628o -99 (35E= 390); and
WHEREAS, Said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department
of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
s.P. 6282 -63 (94 =392); 6244 -05 (56 =112); 6231 -13 (56 =1o4); 6280 -99 (35E =390) -
Minn. U 074 - 1(30); U o44- 1(32); 135E-4(51)113 & I 094- 3(64)237, which, together
with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction,
dated May 1, 1959, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute
the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 392, 112, 104 & 390
renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 56, 94 & 35E; and
WHMEAS, Copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled,

WHEREAS, The term "said plans and special provisions" as hereinafter used in
the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and
incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly
identified and described;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That said plans and special provisions for the
improvement of Trunk Highway Number 392, 112, 104 & 390 renumbered as Trunk highway
Number 56, 94 & 35E within the limits of the City of St. Paul be and hereby are
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the elevations and grades as shown in said plans
and special provisions be and they are hereby approved, and consent is hereby given
to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway
Number 392, 112, 104 & 390 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 56, 94 & 35E in accord-
ance with said plans and special provisions.
