In the matter of improving HOMER STREET from West Seventh Street
to Shepard Road by grading, curbing and paving the roadbed; by grading
and paving street, alley and driveway returns; by reconstructing storm
water drainage facilities; by grading and sodding boulevard and slope
areas where necessary; and by doing all other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement under Preliminary Order
C.F. 208231+, approved July 19, 1962 and Final Order C.F. 211937, approved
April 6, 1963-
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above named
improvement as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works be and the
same are hereby approved; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
