Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a sewer in Beech Street from 115 feet west of Birmingham Street to
25 feet east of English Street
under Preliminary Order 188899 , approved August 27, 1958
Intermediary Order 189454 , approved October 7. 1958
Final Order 189767 , approved November 4, 1958
The assessment of benefits, costs and_exgensps for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said' assessment be and the same is hereby in all reipects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 99i h
day of -Kgy:o 1963 at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
