ON THE AWARD OF DAMAGES
I

Seventh St. by taking and condemning that part of Lot 5, Fort Street Out Lots, lying north-
easterly of a line described as follows: beginning at a point on and measured on the souther
ly line of W. Seventh St., as now widened, 55 ft. southwesterly from the westerly line of j
Homer St.; thence southeasterly to a point on and measured on the westerly line of Homer St:
60 ft. southeasterly from the southerly line of W. Seventh St. as now widened.
Also those parts of Lots 13 and 14, Pigottts Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey j
County, Minnesota, lying northwesterly of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point
on and measured on the southerly line of W. Seventh St., as now widened, 40 ft. northeasterly
from the easterly line of Homer St.; Thence southwesterly to a -point on and measured on4the
easterly line of Homer St. 50 ft* southerly from the south line of W. Seventh St., as now
widened.

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be, and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the ------------ .9.th ........... day

be and he is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
