SOLVED, that in relation to the joint condemnation by the State
of Minnesota and the City of St. Paul of that particular parcel of
real estate known as Parcel 41A under those particular proceedings
known as S.P. 6201 (5 -111) 901, wherein the property owner, Domonic
Corte, has appealed from the award of the Commissioners in relation
to said matter, the -same may be and hereby is authorized for com-
promise insofar as the City-,,is concerned to allow a payment of
$70,000•for the premises described in Parcel 41A, as aforesaid, to
Domonic Corte, the City's share of which is 13.4 per cent, and the
Corporation Counsel of said City is hereby authorized to execute
a stipulation of settlement of said appeal of Domonic Corte in
the amount as aforesaid and to secure conveyances of said real
estate described in Parcel 41A for and on behalf of said City.
