RESOZVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasimg Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering Vitrified Clay
Sewer Pipe and Brick to the Department of Public Works, St. Paul, Minnesota, for
period from Countersignature on contract by the City Comptroller and March 31, 1964,
to CORNING- DONOHUE, INCORPORATED in accordance with City specifications and the
Formal Bid #9231 of said Corning - Donohue, Incorporated for the contract price of
approximately $5,408.00 (at unit prices bid), such bid being one of identical bids,
and said Corning - Donohue, Incorporated being a,reasonable and reliable bidder, and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor and the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute
