RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that the proposed
contract, herewith exhibited, to be executed between the City of Saint Paul
and the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company, among
other things, pertaining thereto and providing for the removal by said City
of the Lincoln Avenue Bridge over the right -of -way and tracks of said Rail-
road and the construction also, by said City, of cul -de -sacs, pedestrian
ways, chain link fence and crash rails and further providing for the main-
tenance of said cul -de -sacs, pedestrian ways, chain link fence and crash
rails and other matters germane thereto, approved as to form by the Assistant
Corporation Counsel, hereby is approved and the execution of the same in
behalf of said City by its proper officers hereby is authorized.
