RESOLVED,,That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equip-
ment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the patching of
terrazzo floor at the Public Safety Building, 101 East 10th Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota to ARRIGONI BROTHERS COMPANY, TERRAZZO DIVISION in accordance with City
plan and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #5345 of
said Arrigoni Brothers Company, Terrazzo Division for the contract price of
$1,1+00.00, such bid being the lowest and said Arrigoni Brothers Company,
Terrazzo Division being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation

Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
