Very truly yours, ' City Clerk CITY OF SAINT PAUL - MINNESOTA 8 . 1 CITY . d OF SAINT PAUL BUREAU OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS ALFRED H. SCHROEDER, City Architect 445 City Hall, Zone 2 CApital 4 -4612 Ext. 361 April 23, 1963 Hon. Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: Mr. Richard H. O'Reilly of 1741 Laurel Avenue has request- ed permission to construct an oversize fence at this address. An examination has been made of this property and this office recommends the granting of permission for a fence of six feet in height. The original application by Mr. O'Reilly was for a fence of eight feet to ten feet in height, and the opinion of this office is that this is too high and is not desirable; therefore, we recommend only a six foot height.
