Hon. Council
City of Saint Paul
Gentlemen:
Mr. Richard H. O'Reilly of 1741 Laurel Avenue has request-
ed permission to construct an oversize fence at this
address. An examination has been made of this property
and this office recommends the granting of permission for
a fence of six feet in height.
The original application by Mr. O'Reilly was for a fence
of eight feet to ten feet in height, and the opinion of
this office is that this is too high and is not desirable;
therefore, we recommend only a six foot height.
Sincerely yours,
Alf d H. Schroeder
