RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services
necessary for or reasonably incidental to the painting of seats and railings at the
Municipal Stadium., Saint Paul, Minnesota to M. P. MORTENSEN & SON., INC. in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #9224 of said
M. P. Mortensen & Son, Inc. for the contract price of $4,928.00, such bid being the
lowest and said M. P. Mortensen & Son, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder,
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
