RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the construction of the Snelling Sewer Crossin4
230 feet South of Northern Pacific Railroad Tracks to PETER I,AME<iTI CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and
the Formal Bid #9239 of said Peter Lametti Construction Company for the contract price
of $15,056.30 (plus Engineering $1,505.63 and plus Inspection $301.13 by City Forces)
such bid being the lowest and said Peter Lametti Construction Company being a
reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel bq and-hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
