INTERMEDIARY- ORDER
In the Matter of condemning and taking a permanent easement 20 feet in width for the
purpose of constructing and maintaining a public storm sewer on, under, across and
through a strip of land 20 feet in width,, the center line of said easement being the
common lot line of Lots 4 and 5. Block 7, Robert L. Warets Eastern Heights Addition

under Preliminary Order 211266 approved Febrnary 15, 3-963_
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report; hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to condemn and take

a permanent easement 20 feet in width for the purpose of constructing and maintaining
a public storm sewer on, under, across and through a strip of land 20 feet in width,
the center line of said easement being the common lot line of Lots 4 and 5, Block 7,
Robert L. Warets Eastern Heights Addition
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 600.00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the ' 9'i :at day of
Mays I9A3 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
