RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee therefor,
and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the Water Department, St.Paul,
Minnesota, approx. 225 Lin. Ft. 30" Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe with rubber and flexible
tied joints where called for, class 150, and all necessary /fittings and appurtenances,
to PRICE BROTHERS COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor therefar- hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #9225 of said Price Brothers Company for the contract price of
