In the matter of opening, widening and extending the proposed Arch - Pennsylvania
Highway by condemning and taking the following described lots,and parcels of land,
all in the City of St. Paul. 1
Lots 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, the north 20 ft. of Lot 2 and those parts of Lots
18, 19 and 20 lying northwesterly of a line described as follows:
Commencing on-the east line of Lot 2 at a point 20 ft. southerly from the north-
east corner of said Lot 2; thence northeasterly on a straight line to the northeast -
er•ly corner of Lot 18, all in Block 1 of Fletcher's Subdivision of Brewster's Addition
to the City of St. Paul in Ramsey County, and State of Minnesota.
Lots 5, 7 and 8, all in Block 6, Fletcher's Subdivision of Brewster's Addition
to St. Paul.
Lots 5 and 6, all in Block 7, Fletcher's Subdivision of Brewster's Addition to
St. Paul.
'A triangular parcel of land being part of Ash St. (vacated) and Iying northerly
of Pennsylvania Ave., measuring 60 ft. on the northerly line of Pennsylvania Ave.
and 25 ft. on the easterly line of Ash St.. (vacated), both lines measured from the
intersection of the aforesaid lines
