'WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul accepted under Council File No.
210846, approved January 18, 1963, a deed of conveyance of certain
Railway Company properties for street purposes,
WHEREAS, It is considered most fitting and desirable that the
east -north and south street be named Cathlin St., the east and west
street Frances St. and the west -north and south street Stella St.,
be it
RESOLVED, By the City - Council of St. Paul that the east -north
and south street is hereby given the name of Cathlin St.; the east
and west street is hereby given the name of Frances St. and the west -
north and south street is hereby given the name of Stella St.
