Schroeder CI ARCHITECT A CC: Fire Prevention Bureau V °° •y TO WHOM IT MAY CON CE RN : As a taxpayer in the City of Saint Paul, I v demand to know the legality of carrying on a business in a residential district. A junkman is conducting business from his home at 512 Beaumont Street, and has been doing so for quite sometime. This involves the parking of at least two trucks --full and /or empty —in front of two or three surrounding homes. x Mr. Pat Anzevino 510 Beaumont Street St. Paul, Minnesota c r
