Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses
f or
improving Montreal Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Snelling Avenue by regrading
the center 19 foot wide strip and paving the same with asphaltic concrete surfacing
on new seven (7) inch concrete base and surfacing the existing side strips of
concrete pavement with asphaltic concrete; by reconstructing the paving, curbing
and sidewalks on the intersecting streets where not in conformity with said improve-
ment and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete
said improvement
under Preliminary Order 190421 , approved December 30, 1958
Intermediary Order 1 11 , approved Fehr,lary Al. 19.59
Final Order .199632 , approved November 15. 1960

The assessment of "henefi 'F v ' nnatsz anri expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 15th
day of KaY--. 3,9613 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by ,the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
