WHEREAS, pursuant to Council File;-#2111309 bids were taken for the sale of property k
belonging to the Water Department, described as follows, to -wit: ;

abutting on but carrying only to the northerly line of Owasso Boulevard North, together
with all title and interests of the City or the Board in respect of those portions of
Eighth Street (now purportedly vacated) abutting on and accrued to or in future accruing !
to said Lots 8, 10 and 11 or Lot "A "; alsos that portion of Lot N lying westerly of the
extended easterly lines of Lots 8 and 21; and, all that portion of Lot A lying northerly
oft abutting on but carrying only to the northerly line of Owasso Boulevard North$ all in ;
Block 2 of Rice Street Motor Line Addition, accordi>dg to the Plat thereof on file and of
record in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Ramsey, Minnesota, j
and
WHEREAS, the Committee on Lands recommends the sale of the above- described property to
RICHARD, H. JACOBSEN, the only bidder for six thousand two hundred fifty dollars; therefore$
be it ,
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby approves said recommendation and directs the proper
City officers to convey said property to said purchaser by proper deed of conveyance-upon
the following terms.: Six Hundred Twenty -five dollars paid down upon acceptance of the
Land Committee„`'and` the'- balance of -Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty -five dollars to be
paid on transmission of title to the purchaser; be it
FURIHER RESOLVED,, that the proceeds of said sale be credited to
Water Dept. Fund #23+
