RESOLVED, That. the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee therefor,
and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the Water Department, Ste Paul,
>Miinnesota, 535 Line Fte 3D ", 590 Lin* Fte 24 "9 10 Line Fte 3D" „600 Line Fte 20” Prestressed
Concrete Cylinder Pipe with joints ,fittings and appurtenances, to INTERNATIONAL PIPE AND
CERAMICS CORP. in accordance with City.plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and
the Formal Bid #9212 of said International.pipe and Ceramics Corps for the contract price
of $38,647.60 (Board of Water Commissioners reserving the right to increase any individual
_item of the Materials of the Contract by an amount not to exceed twenty per cent of the
quantity indicated for each item)# such bid being the only bid and said International Pipe
and Ceramics Corps being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to exectt a said contract on behalf of the City of StePaule
