RESOLVED, That in view of the condemnation by the City of
Saint Paul of Lot 5, Block 4, Stinson's Boulevard Addition to
Saint Paul, under which condemnation the City of Saint Paul has
acquired title to said premises as of August 22, 1962, and in
the further consideration of the fact that one Cletus McArdle,
tenant at'said premises is st +ill holding in occupancy, notwithstanding
prior notifications and his request for his period of occupancy,
the proper City officials may be and hereby are authorized to
,.1'4issue appropriate eviction notices to said Cletus McArdle in
order to secure vacation of said premises not later than the
15th day of May, 1963.
