WHEREAS, through inadvertence, an insurance policy was
issued by the Mutual Service Casualty Insurance Company, to the
City of Saint Paul, covering certain buildings belonging to Ramsey
County; and
WHEREAS, this policy of insurance was designated Mutual
Service Casualty Insurance Company Policy No. 0120 - 108469; and
WHEREAS, said Company proposes to modify such policy
by assignment so as to substitute the County of Ramsey for
the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, to follow such procedure, it is necessary for
the City to consent to such assignment of policy, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the Qty of Saint Paul is hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, the afore-
